How I Can Help

I currently offer therapy sessions for adult individuals, couples, and families located in Utah.

Individuals

My style is person-first, compassion-forward, and rooted in collaboration. Together, we'll examine the old stories you're carrying: about who you are, what you deserve, the world around you, and what's possible. So we can begin to separate fact from fiction.

Therapy with me is about right-sizing the big stuff. Many of us live behind a foggy lens, one clouded by shame, fear, trauma, or beliefs we didn't even choose. That lens can quietly dictate our lives, keeping us small and disconnected. My job is to help you clear off the lens and see what's in front of you. Not what was, or what you fear might be, but what is.

I work with people simply trying to get unstuck. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, substance use, ADHD, or adjusting to a chronic illness or neurological condition, therapy is tailored to your unique story and goals. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment, and I definitely don't believe you need to be "fixed."

I approach relationship work with couples and families through that same lens. Struggles in these dynamics often stem from the unspoken stories we carry about ourselves, each other, and what connection should look like. These stories are usually much older than the current relationship, shaped by past experiences, roles, expectations, and sometimes the life-altering impact of illness, caregiving, or changing family dynamics.

In our work together, we'll slow things down, untangle what's true from what's inherited, and explore how these narratives may be shaping your relationships. Whether you're navigating conflict, caregiver burnout, adjusting to a loved one's neurological condition, or simply feeling disconnected, the goal isn't to assign blame or decide who's "right" or "wrong." It's to create relationships built on curiosity, clarity, honesty, and compassion, where everyone involved feels seen for who they are and who they're becoming.
